This Privacy Policy applies to the Clear Notes app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by ZERNUSHKO TOV (collectively, the “Application”). ZERNUSHKO TOV is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

No personal information is collected through normal use.
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity, but the Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
No account. No company-held Clear Notes personal-data profile.
No precise location collection.
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
No app data is shared with third parties.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such app data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
ZERNUSHKO does not retain personal information from normal Clear Notes use because the Application does not collect, log, or store such information.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider outside normal app use, information you provide in that communication may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain appropriate records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Clear Notes does not create an account or maintain a server-side personal-data profile through normal use, there is no Clear Notes cloud account or company-held app profile that you need to request deletion of.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. Any locally stored application information can also be removed using controls made available by the Application or your device operating system, where applicable.
If you voluntarily provided personal information directly to ZERNUSHKO outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that information by contacting [email protected], subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal use of the Application.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the amount of personal information held by the Service Provider is limited. No security system is completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and information it actually holds.
If a breach occurs involving personal information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before applicable material changes take effect.
